Mr Kundra put me at ease, he listened to me and answered all the questions. His eye contact and body language showed that he was taking an interest. Mr Kundra was very honest about the operation I will need to have, the length of his waiting list and the post operative care I will need.

today i saw Mr Kundra for the first time with a problem with my knee, i was very impressed with the way he dealt with my complaint giving me all the nessersary imformation to one put my mind at ease and two giving me a informed choice on wether or not to have an operation on my knee, Mr Kundra had a very pleasent maner about him , which is nice to see he also had a student with him that was also very competent( i wish him every success with his finals) i have to say if all consultents were of this high calibure then what a fantastic place the N H S would be.

FIrst impressions count for a lot with regards to confidence & trust. It was only a follow up consultation with the outcome being whether or not I would go ahead with my ACL reconstruction. But within a minute of starting his examination of my injured knee he pinpointed where the pain was and was able to tell me that I also had a torn cartilage that he would like to repair first before carrying out the ACL op. This instantly filled me with confidence that I was indeed in good hands and made me more accepting of the other advice and information he gave me. This is a pre op review, I will be sure to do a post op review this is why two of the three ratings has scope for increasing their percentage.

The Doctor was very easy to talk to, listened to me, answered all my questions and concerns, he was very plesant and I had every confidence in him doing my surgery. I would have no problems recomending this Doctor to anyone.

I was seen by Mr Kundra who was thorough and exact in his explanation of what my condition was and how this would be treated. I was given an operation date but was seen early. I went in for the operation and within 4 hours I was home. My knee is healing really well and following a consultation this week I have been discharged. I saw the pictures of my knee and the result of the operation and I am pleased. Mr Kundra is approachable, and easy to understand. My only criticism is that when comleting his audio record of the appointment I had to correct him with regards to my previous operation history. All in all I am very pleased with my treatment and the quality of service i recieved.
